This comparison is a bit off since many of these schools start in 5th grade and the kids are mostly be tested at what they learned at their prior schools.[/quote]

+1. I would want to look at 4th grade knowing that 5th grade has a lot of attrition and backfilling. 4th is not the first year of testing, but without all of the 5th grade shuffling. [/quote]
