I think she sounds amazingly basic (which I kinda hate as an insult, but it's just so apt) with her NYT wedding announcement, fashion buyer career, Soul Cycle classes, Physique 57 (whatever that is), weekly manicures, somewhat reluctant SAHMing, mommy blog photo feature. It's a Lifetime movie with "American Psycho" vibes, and she's the perfect new-wife character.

I assume Sam Goldberg is a very charming sociopath. He would explain that his ex-fiancee was sadly, very mentally ill. And Philadelphia did officially call it a suicide, so there's that! It's like, [b]"[i]Maybe[/i] my new boyfriend murdered his ex-fiancee, but he's Jewish and my biological clock is ticking away!"[/b]

A couple weird things from the mommy blog story:

"My husband Sam.  He is hands on, and present, a true life saver!  [b]He is also a star in the kitchen[/b]."  (Ellen was murdered in her kitchen)

"Everyday I work on being comfortable and thankful with where I am in my current situation, including right now, staying home with my delicious daughter Lola as well as s[b]itting back row and not wearing just a sports bra in Akin's Soul Cycle class[/b]." (Is this a mean-girl burn on the other women who wear just sports bras in Akin's class? IDK)
