You've seen how that has played out. You see it every day. For the record, I don't love Bowser but she's fairly sensible though I think far too generous with housing, but not emphasizing programs treatment and followthrough - it's the Council that you need to be looking at and hiding their feet to the fire on this..do you know your ward rep and how to contact them? Do you call in homeless wellness checks so they know from the number citizens are not turning a blind eye? We all need to get active on this..[/quote]
