Vienna has money but people are not snobby like mclean and bethesda.  I swear the vast majority of people live there because of the title and nothing more.  people have money in vienna and live there because of all the shops, activities and neighbors.  [/quote]

Yeah, the fact that Bethesda and McLean have nicer houses and better schools (both public and private) and are closer to DC has nothing to do with it.

Median HHI in Vienna is $168k while HHI in Bethesda is $172k. It is really absurd to claim Vienna is significantly less wealthy than Bethesda.

Quoting HHI stats has nothing to with whether the schools or houses are nicer. Chevy Chase has much nicer houses than Great Falls but the HHI in Chevy Chase might be less because the houses are on smaller lots. Vienna doesn’t have neighborhoods even close to as nice as Battery Park in Bethesda or a public school as well regarded as Whitman. Let’s not even get into comparing private school options. You don’t want to compete with Sidwell Friends, Holton Arms…

Ill sit and compare vienna to mclean but when you start to talk to Maryland, you already lost me.  Its filled with a bunch of "phony" left wing fear mongers (they are all actually republicans but too scared to admit it in public), high dumb taxes on income and totally not worth all the crap that comes with living there.
