Were they being sketchy enough that the driver feared for their safety and wanted to let them out before they left town?[/quote]

I assumed this was the stretch of road with a 50 mph speed limit but anchor way is still in town/residential and the speed limit might have been 25.  We’re short on facts but a group of men this age piling into a car in Dewey and one stepping out into a lane of traffic makes me think alcohol and poor behavior by these men was likely a factor.[/quote]
