This has NO basis in reality, unless you can post and confirm otherwise. [/quote] The unrestrained child is rumor. The stopping illegally in the middle of a roadway is FACT. You cannot legally just stop in the middle of an active roadway, and you certainly can't legally exit passengers this way. She should have found somewhere safe to pull over. Being drunk (and not driving) is not illegal. [/quote]
