Hello!  The first thing I heard when I read this was "Use your Voice!"  Speak up and ask them directly how long they see this going on for.  Make a plan anyway.  Plan out your next move even if you end up not moving forth with it.  I feel if you start doing that, the pieces will fall into place.  It feels you are just going along with what they want and they are not worried about what happens when they say "okay, times up!".  Worry about YOU more than them.

The cards I pulled are the oracle cards Movement, Choices and Decisions (this is all one card), Pair of Shoes (partnership) and Salamander (re-invention) and the tarot cards 6 of Swords, Queen of Cups sideways, and 3 of Pentacles.

I feel that the momentum to be able to start planning for your future is held in the choice you make whether or not you will speak up and take a bit more control of the situation.  You need to be less passive and more active in the creation of what you need.  There is a sense that this may spill over into other areas of your life as well and if you become more active, it could bring about very positive internal changes all around. I feel you need to move towards a career that you an feel a part of a team and praised for your accomplishments.  At the moment I get the feeling that you are a bit apathetic and that is contradictory to who you really are.  There is a very passionate and positive individual inside, but you cannot currently live as that person because you are not being valued as you should be.  Speak up for yourself, believe in yourself, and the rest will follow.
