You seem very naive. I agree with you that none of them should do that, yet it's very hard to enforce any kind of accountability from agencies that have strong secrecy mandates and hierarchies, where the top brass severely restrict what outsiders get to know.[/quote]

What about a Dept of Homeland Security employee that got busted stalking the innocent 13 year old child of 2 American citizens ( one of which is a Diplomat ) and giving his full legal name , age, address in Washington, name of his school to a psychopathic Yemeni of no relation to him ... resulting in death threats against this innocent child .... surely THAT shouldn't happen in America ....

and to think Dept of Homeland Security was created to supposedly " protect America "- so WHY does Dept of Homeland Security put ALL Americans at risk by hiring the sociopathic children of convicted violent felons and then task them with stalking innocent American children ????[/quote]
