DC's next AG should file suit against MD and VA to get them to pay plus damages and expenses for the past 20 years of traffic fatalities caused by out-of-state drivers from MD and VA if those states won't go after their violators.  How can we make that happen?[/quote]

I imagine MD and VA cited for accidents and fatalities have paid as outlined in law. They have not paid for camera tickets which are purely revenue generation. MD and VA are not responsible for helping DC balance their budget. Raise income taxes on residents instead of looking beyond your borders. [/quote]

It's also a safety issue.  I see tons of you MD/VA nutcases driving through residential DC neighborhoods at excessive and unsafe speeds.  We aren't responsible for your bad behavior and your poor choices with regard to your commute.[/quote]

It’s not just MD and VA drivers.  A lot of DC drivers speed.  Cops have said that excessive speeding is up since DC decriminalized marijuana use, so that’s contributed to the problem also.[/quote]
