I'm a 'graduate' of Belle View Elementary (albeit pretty long ago.  Let's just say that I went to Bryant Intermediate, before it was an alternative school, and the first year of Carl Sandburg. :)  ) and grew up to be relatively normal. :)  I kinda wish that we lived in that area, so that my children could go there as well.

So I've heard.  Kind of makes me sad.  Sandburg wasn't bad the first year it was open (and the only year that I was there) even with the Fort Hunt/Groveton rivalry.  I went to West Potomac as well (second class to graduate that never went to Fort Hunt or Groveton) and it was a great school when I was there.  I took AP classes, got into good colleges, never saw a single fight (they may have happened, but they were not everywhere).  [/quote]
