Where are all the workers???[/quote] Moved out of the crappy, low paying, no benefits/prohibitively expensive benefits jobs into better jobs vacated by all the people who took early retirement, switched to remote only jobs or stayed home to take care of their kids in the past two years. No one wants $40k for "in person only" anymore, and they certainly don't want to work service jobs for peanuts. It's not an employer's market anymore.[/quote]
