Your daughter will go far in life.  Letting her pick activities that support her desires/strengths will get her far in life.  More to life than core academics.  But many apparently don't recognize that and live vicariously thru their kids. Can't imagine raising my kids so that they grow up thinking they are a disappointment to me. [/quote]
