I'm assuming the PP meant size wise. Some interchanges are pretty big.[/quote] First, it’s a bypass, not an interchange. Second, the bypass will be beneficial to the Town of Brookeville by connecting Georgia Avenue on either side of the town. Currently, Georgia ends at High Street and you must make a blind left down a hill onto Market in order to reconnect with Georgia. Third, the bypass is important for increasing safety by taking traffic away from the old narrow roads in the historic town and will add a much needed bike lane.[/quote]
