NP.  I’m suspicious of a lot on this thread.

There have been a ton of cancellations but my understanding is that most of them are happening more in advance than “I’ve cleared security and am just at the gate waiting to board.”  Unless the OP got to the airport 4 hours early (why?), it seems unlikely.

I am also suspicious of the LMC poster who had only ever camped but then was backpacking around Europe solo at 18, something we don’t typically see LMC do because of the opportunity cost.  It totally could happen but there’s probably more to the story there.[/quote]
