It can be hard to know what you want for yourself if you became a mom in your teens or early 20's. You went straight from HS to marriage and motherhood. A lot of women currently in their 70's-80's went through this and had to figure out what they want their lives to look like as empty nesters. If you're not sure, then start small. Start exercising every day, even if it's just a short walk. Take a class that interests you. Good luck and I hope you find some peace and joy.[/quote]
