How Mr. Taylor handled the knife incident? Or how Mr. Taylor rushed to judgement in his first two emails before sending out the update that the special needs student was the victim of bullying? Or how Mr. Taylor has addressed student behavior including bullying this school year? Or how Mr. Taylor has led Churchill in being compliant with the ADA, Section 504, and the IDEA so disabled students at Churchill have equal educational opportunities at Churchill? Please share specifically why you think he is “one of the good ones”. Based on the above, I think Mr. Taylor is doing a horrible job as Principal and he has largely ignored the issues of students with disabilities at Churchill.[/quote]
