I do have a before, but that isn’t necessary.  The designer fully believes the drapes shrunk.  She has already been to my house once to move the drapery rods lower.  Now the drapes are again off of the floor.  [/quote]

The fabric company said they can’t guarantee their fabric won’t shrink or expand.  The designer said she’s willing to do whatever I want, but didn’t specify what my options are.  She did offer up letting out the hem a bit.

At this point I just want different drapes.  I have drapes in other rooms of my house and they look the same as they did when installed. [/quote]
