I believe so. Long standing Talmudic readings stipulate that the woman's life takes precedence over the unborn fetus and that the fetus is not a "life" until the moment of birth.

While I totally believe that what is described is unconstitutional, here’s the problem:  who would  ultimately hear such a case?  Yes, the same Supreme Court that has acted unconstitutionally in imposing their religious beliefs on the rest of us.  Sadly, we no longer have a Supreme Court that will uphold the rights of other religions and of those who are not wealthy.[/quote]

It would in fact go back to the Supreme Court.

But I say, force them to rule against the 1st Amendment rights of other religions in America. Put their hypocrisy and degenerate enslavement to radical Christianity in full view for everyone to see. Put them in the difficult position of having to effectively endorse a state religion.

Their legitimacy will fall faster and faster and their names will forever become dirty words in the annals of history.[/quote]
