I believe so. Long standing Talmudic readings stipulate that the woman's life takes precedence over the unborn fetus and that the fetus is not a "life" until the moment of birth.

While I totally believe that what is described is unconstitutional, here’s the problem:  who would  ultimately hear such a case?  Yes, the same Supreme Court that has acted unconstitutionally in imposing their religious beliefs on the rest of us.  Sadly, we no longer have a Supreme Court that will uphold the rights of other religions and of those who are not wealthy.[/quote]
