What is unlikely?  You can pass viruses to others without knowing you have them.  You can appear symptom free and still pass it to someone else.  It’s not like you look at someone’s privates and are like, oooh, bright oozing sore and still do oral.  I once had a guy tell me he’d be cool without a condom because I didn’t look sick.  Wtf?
