Watching TV all day may be allowed in scifs or work environments where electronics aren't allowed. Watching TV on a computer all day isn't bad as long as the work gets done. Having a side job isn't bad either because it could be because that micromanager isn't paying enough but should only be an issue if it conflicts with work.[/quote]
