That just sounds like management didn't properly train them. I know a contract was lost because the client wasn't receive a fair work product. They were just putting people to work without spending time training them. Many employees were transferred or laid off. If you are only paying attention to one employee versus many others who made the same mistake or worse mistakes then why is that?[/quote]

You cropped out what she said which isn't fair at all. Watching TV all day may be allowed in scifs or work environments where electronics aren't allowed. Watching TV on a computer all day isn't bad as long as the work gets done. Having a side job isn't bad either because it could be because that micromanager isn't paying enough but should only be an issue if it conflicts with work.[/quote]
