Agree with you but will also say that when I was 15, McD's employees largely consisted of kids 15-early 20s. This was decades ago. McD's jobs were not envisioned as long-term employment but for HS and college students. But factories have shuttered or shifted to another countries and McD's became an employer of adults - so much the better as these are often older, more mature workers who can't quit in a fit of pique with a family at home.[/quote]
