I am not so excited about the pope either with the gimmick of a russian and Ukrainian women carrying the cross together during the procession. It just felt too premature with the ongoing bombing and atrocities that were happening as the procession was ongoing. That, together with Vatican’s eagerness to comply with russian demand to pay for gas is rubles just left me off vatican (and a few other pre-war issues).[/quote]
