COL is also a factor but not the only one.[/quote] I have never heard of a company that adjusts pay based on in office v remote. Certainly there are jobs that require in person work. But if a job can be performed either way, and the company allows that, I don’t know if any company that pays less to the remote worker so long as they live in the same geographic area or a similar COL area. Do you have an example of such a company?[/quote]
