I do think she gave some insight into her state of mind, though not direct as I'd like. The business of being in Vegas and staying in the hotel all day, not getting out of bed, lying about who she is to the Chipotle guy . . . she clearly had/has some mental health challenges. Martha Stewart didn't swindle her investors or neglect to pay her staff.  I just don't understand this dumb woman. I understood that she got swindled, but the point at which she was giving him the money that was for her business was ridiculous.  If you know you need to make payroll, why would you send him $100k?[/quote]

The point is the MS overcame her conviction and is probably as popular as she was before. She doesn't have the same challenges that Samar will have and does have. MS knew she'd be fine on the other end. Samar knew she wouldn't, at some point. [/quote]
