[/quote] People in Bethesda tend to be highly educated, and choose to live there for a reason (to live among other highly educated people). They would likely be welcoming to any new neighbor, so long as the new neighbor makes an effort to take care of their house and doesn't create a lot of noise or problems. [/quote]
