TJ is a regional resource - it wasn't set aside for a few wealthy middle schools. [/quote] The seats were already open to those students. FCPS just decided to ignore merit and set aside seats to students more likely to be Black, Hispanic or low-income, while making clear the intent was to reduce Asian enrollment, in violation of the Constitution.
