I loathe trump but this is all Putin. It's theoretically possible the US could have made some different decision that would have stopped this but if somebody says they know what it is, you can't take seriously what they say. Now the nuclear Iran deal and approving of Israeli settlements on Palestinian land...you can blame trump for those.
