Yes, that's why we pulled our from swim for a few weeks while things surge.  But, its 50 kids per group vs. 200-300+ per meet plus families.[/quote]

We aren't talking college meets, we are talking about kids, who may have unvaccinated siblings.  Vaccines help with symptoms and hospitalization but they aren't as good with transmission with the new variants (and more  on their way).  We just had a huge surge in the schools.[/quote]
Please, college athletes could have siblings under 5 too, the attendance policy has nothing to do with possible siblings of athletes. The efficacy of vaccines applies to anyone that’s vaccinated, whether they are in college or 9 years old. There were also omicron surges on college campuses, as there were in all areas of society. There is no logical reason to allow full attendance at college meets but not at club meets.
