[/quote] If a kid has enough layers on, they're fine in DC winter weather gear. Not PP, but I've also lived in an area with actual frostbite warnings. Even us poor people figured it out. :wink: The amount of time spent outdoors matters more when it gets cold enough, not merely being outside. If you want to warn people about something (because you feel you must...?), the amount of time on a potential frostbite day is what you tell people.[/quote]
