Huh??? How are NBA and NFL relevant? Universities are creating an educational environment. Part of the is diversity in the student body. NFL and NBA are corporate enterprises. These are not comparable.[/quote] Why are they relevant? Really? There is no separate law for corporations vs educational institutions in this country. They are all covered by the same US constitutions and laws. And there is no rule against overrepresentation in one but not in the other unless you are just trying to gaslight :roll: [/quote]
