However, a junior losing the remainder of their basketball season, after losing their sophomore season last year, may have lost their opportunity to play in college. I’m not talking about scholarships necessarily, but just the ability to continue. It’s different than a kid losing two weeks of a year long activity, and it’s different than my freshman son losing the remainder of his basketball season.
