I'm not gonna lie and tell you I didn't care about that.  But I have an extraordinary child and live in an area where the zoned public HS is nothing special.  We knew DC had that level of potential, so it was, in part, about finding a school that could validate this ability rather than hoping for a place that could give a boost to a decent student.[/quote]
