Tell BIL he should have used a gender-neutral term like "sociopath" and you would have appreciate less sexist terminology going forward.  That being said, MIL deserved it and it is time someone stood up to her and called her out and you are on his side.  Tell DH to stop enabling MIL and to go spend the holidays together.  Find out if DH loves his potential inheritance more than he ever loved his own sister.[/quote]
