Not about HHI at this level.
It’s net worth. Several hundred million at least.

I love skiing YC - starter home used to be $7m; much more now.
Homes in El dorado club are $12-14m…these are often 3rd/4th homes…used 2-4x a year and generally not rented out.
Bakers bay was less - $5-6m….

But these “clubs” with the service are beyond - seriously the way to live. Makes any other luxe vacations seem pedestrian.

 The Yellowstone Club is basically sold out. Only thing available are resales and there is 100+ person waitlist for those. Bakers unbuilt lots are about $7 mil. Houses start at $12 [/quote]
