Is there a criteria for COVID funding?  Doesn't it have to be related to COVID in some way?  There's no way that Kid Museum would qualify.  It's not even part of MCPS and there was no existing program pre-COVID, right?

I am so sick of the board wasting taxpayer money this way.  Shouldn't the police or feds do something about this??[/quote]
