Almost every parent on television after their kid is shot in AP Calculus says that. 'I never believed it would happen in Michigan. OMG this happened in ritzy Florida. We're a small upscale town in Connecticut - how could this happen?' Really hit public consciousness with Columbine but each successive generation of disassociated kids is going into daddy's safe and taking it out on everyone else.
