Admit that CogAT is a better indicator of intelligence than MAP.  But why couldn't MCPS have used MAP just for that one year?

The problem with MCPS narratives are they forget what they spun last month, then contradict themselves down the road.  That's what happens when you can't keep your stories straight![/quote]
