Shockingly, our Republic was set up with states retaining the police powers.  If SCOTUS overturns Roe v. Wade and the issue returns to the states, big deal.  You can lobby your state legislature.  You can order Plan B on the Internet.  You can set up a 501(c)3 to fund travel for poor women to another state.  I would rather see power leaving DC and returning to the states on a whole host of issues.[/quote]
