I have a graduate and a current Upper School student. Neither of them fit any of the categories listed above. They both found their group- their friends are lovely. For both of them- it was almost exclusively girls who were new to the school for Upper School. The girls who start earlier tend to keep their friend groups, with some expansion, at least in my kids’ experience. Almost half of the class is new for Upper School…45ish new girls is a good number of potential friends.
