It's common sense. Personally I won't have any live in nanny - I only do live out even though I have help at crazy hours. Better someone who lives nearby and has their own life.

Personally I find 20s nannies are not stable personalities. I find 40s nannies the best. Treat them well and they're grown up about the job, they don't take random mental health days, they are used to the realities of life, they are proud and professional.  [/quote]
