If that really happened then I think you could just avoid that preschool, or even ask your preferred preschool (god knows most of us don't have a long list that meets our needs for location/commute, cost, etc.) what their approach is.  It is certainly not the norm any of us have experienced and it seems quite unnecessary and yes provocative to ask for the "most conservative" preschool.[/quote]
