That's just too easy an answer to everything. If I've learned one thing as a parent in a diverse/gentrifying/urban, whatever you want to call it, DC school it's that black doesn't equal black and white doesn't equal white. It's just not that simple, as much as one or the other here try to drive that wedge into every single DCUM discussion about public schools.
