No, there are two divisions within rec - the pure rec division, made of rec players, and the travel rec divison, made up of travel players.  There is pure rec, but travel players are not part of it (unless they want to be, in order to be with a friend, in which case I am sure they could be, but I would not recommend that, given skill difference).[/quote]
