You sound jealous. There are embassy families on the Hill these days, international organization families, foreign consultants, journalists, entrepreneurs and so forth who elect not to live in Upper NW paying 40K for privates for elementary. Some make do with DCPS EotP, generally Ross, Maury and Brent.
The vast majority of embassy families live in NW (not surprising, since that's where the vast, vast majority of embassies are) and go to DCPSes WOTP (Murch has a ton), so this is a strange take. Like if you live in NW you have to go to a private? But if you live on Capitol Hill (or in Dupont, seemingly) you don't? Anyway, I'll believe there are a few such families at Brent and Maury if you say so and I can't say I'm aware of any embassy families at LT offhand, but the idea that there are no "international organization families, foreign consultants, journalists, entrepreneurs and so forth" at LT is definitely wrong and I'm not sure why or how you would possibly know the comparative figures for any particular schools in that regard.
