Thanks OP, I love this! I am a writer who has stopped writing during the pandemic. I have been able to finish a few projects for clients because obviously I need an income, but I feel terrified that I will not be able to keep it up. I am afraid to ask if I should try to switch careers, so instead I will ask: can I find the will to write again? Can I find joy in this work again?
Hello! So the cards that I pulled were BOOK (with the supporting words HAPPY and PASSION), INTUITION, and GROUND YOURSELF in reverse (with the word MEDITATE). I was really surprised when the BOOK card flew right out of the deck. So the support words that came out were happy and passion. I am seeing that this is your passion, makes you happy, and is what you should be doing. It will be important for you to listen to and trust your intuition at this time. I really feel the only reason you are questioning it is because you are drained and maybe need to do something for yourself. I understand that can be difficult, but maybe even if it's something small to keep things fresh, it could benefit you. GROUND YOURSELF in reverse tells me you are drained and need to figure out a way to get some energy back so that you can find joy in it once again. Meditate came out as a supporting word and it looks like grounding yourself, and finding a way to change things up could really help you out. Meditation doesn't have to be an hour of sitting cross legged while keeping your mind blank...it can be something that you do for 5 or 10 minutes a day to quiet your mind, check in with yourself and recharge. You can also find it through working out, drawing, or even maybe doing a writing exercise. I feel like you should try and keep at it, but go at it with a shift in your perspective and bringing something new to change it up.
