DP.  Are you really this stupid??  “Nikki” is Hindu for “little one” and is the name she was given at birth.  Her legal, full name is Nimrata Nikki Randhawa Haley.  She goes by the name her parents have called her since birth:  Nikki.

As for Cruz, Ted is a nickname for Edward, his middle name.  He has stated that he chose to be called Ted at age 13 after being teased about being called “Felito.”
