PP who advised you to be flexible but just read this and have changed my mind a bit because she is being unprofessional. She was hired with the understanding that she would work certain hours and her transportation issues are hers to work out. It sounds like you are starting to worry about her being available when you need her, despite establishing her work hours when she was hired, and that’s not fair to you. And the fact that this has come up right off the bat doesn’t bode well for her boundaries.[/quote]
