I believe they can be replaced by council members who have the capacity to be outraged by police brutality **and** by crime. I want council members who understand that if we continue to raise taxes on the wealthy (and to be clear I am nowhere near the income level that would be affected by the new tax rates), they can just pick up and move to Arlington or Bethesda.
