So much this. I want to put these "choice" geniuses in an ER for a shift, or on a rapid response or code team. Their "perception of risk" may get a tiny bit updated once they see someone gasping for life and coming to the exact same revelation the last dozen also had - as if it were original "I didn't think I'd get it" and "I should have got vaccinated..."
